Hall Rental
The hall has served as a setting for weddings, reunions, private and government retreats, birthday parties, sing-a-longs and family gatherings. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, 130 cushioned chairs, 12 round tables (5 ft diameter) and numerous rectangular tables and complete tableware settings for 120 people.
Chalet
The Chalet, on West End Road, approximately 11 km east of Telkwa, on Highway 16 is the home base for the hiking and cross-country ski trails. In 2007, we renewed and built a new series of trails that start from the Chalet. Round Lake Community Association believes in providing and preserving places of recreation that are easily accessible to all.
Bulkley River Recreation Site
Located on both shores of the Bulkley River downstream of Houston and upstream of Telkwa and Smithers, this 104 hectare Recreation Site welcomes users to a habitat that is unique, with its low elevation spruce and cottonwood forests and its ready access to the Bulkley River.
Purpose of Round Lake Community Association:
- Create a legacy for a sustainable rural future, while honouring our past
- Promote the benefits of living in Quick
- Raise the awareness about the assets (resources) of the Quick community
- Support facilities that draw the community together
- Support community-based activities (events, programs)
- Encourage and maintain a sense of community.
